Young Calf

I was captured by the stare and the expression of this young calf, full of curiosity yet feeling completely secure under the protection of the mum. This seemingly everyday countryside scenery of nature has so much beauty to ponder upon. During the Pandemic lockdown, even the freedom for connecting to rural nature is not a guarantee if you live in the city.
