Lunch On Sunny Beach, Galveston

Oil and acrylic on canvas. I was fortunate to take a photo of a seagull on Sunny Beach in Galveston. As I approached the seagull with my phone ready, the seagull dropped the fish he had caught and looked at me! Just had to paint. The photo takes in a very large part of the beach and ocean. The composition that called to me was just a small part of beach and the seagull with the wet sand reflection.
