Baja Morning Rise

In the middle of the Baja Desert is where I find peace. I am greeted this first morning there after my friend, the owner of the casa has gone to his home in the heaven. I still feel the lingering of his spirit here in his home in the Baja Desert. I feel his words, that I will never forget, " Today is a good day to die". And with that comes renewal and the beauty of the this desert land and here at this sunrise and every sunrise I can be ... she will always be here to greet me with her warmth and gentle beauty.
